This mobile home had a good foundation, but it needed a new layout, more light and a completely different look. The goal was to make the most of every meter, reuse everything worth keeping and transform the entire space while staying within budget.

In a compact space, the layout is essential. We reorganized the different areas to improve flow, increase functionality and create a more spacious and organized feel.

Color, lighting, textiles, furniture and small details brought the spaces together and turned the mobile home into a warm, practical home with a character of its own.

PROJECT 02 · ART & RESTORATION IN DORDOGNE
Furniture restoration, original artwork and the creation of an interior with its own identity.
A Living Room Full of Art and Personality
The chairs and several pieces of furniture were restored and given a new life. The paintings were created especially for this space and combined with existing textiles, colors and pieces. The result is a personal, creative and welcoming interior in the heart of the French Dordogne.
Restored Pieces
A selection of furniture restored and transformed through upholstery, structural work, color and a combination of fabrics.
These pieces were part of an old Louis XV-style living room set. Each one was carefully dismantled, repaired and restored, preserving its original structure while giving it a completely new look. Different fabrics and colors were combined to create unique pieces with character, designed to work together without looking identical.
THE RESULT
Kitchen Renovated with Artisan Techniques
An existing kitchen transformed while preserving its original character. We renewed surfaces, cabinetry and finishes using handcrafted techniques, natural materials and details created especially for this space.
A Restored Kitchen, Not a Replaced One
The existing cabinets were sanded and refinished in ivory white. As a finishing touch, we added handcrafted leather handles made by the homeowner, a leather artist, turning a functional detail into part of the kitchen’s identity.
Handcrafted Cement & Ceramic
The countertop and backsplash were handcrafted using a combination of cement and ceramic. This artisan approach completely transformed the kitchen while preserving its original structure.
Restoration of a Classic Armchair
A piece with history, restored through a complete artisan process while preserving its original character and giving it a new presence through color and upholstery.
From a Worn Piece to a New Life
The armchair was carefully dismantled and prepared. The structure was restored, the finishes were renewed and the original details were preserved before the new upholstery was added.
A Finish with Personality
Fully restored and ready to become part of the home again, the armchair becomes a statement piece without losing the elegance of its original design.
The frame was finished in white, while the new pink striped fabric completely transformed the piece. A bold combination that preserves its classic shape while giving it a fresher, more contemporary identity.
